Shipping Information


Domestic US Shipping Policy—

All items are RTS (ready to ship) Unless stated otherwise, However please allow 3-5 Business days for your order to ship. 

All items are shipped via USPS first class mail. You will receive an email once your order has shipped. All U.S. orders are provided tracking information at no charge. Please allow 48 - 72 hours for tracking information to update.

Salvaged Minds is not responsible for items once they have shipped and can not guarantee an arrival date once orders have been turned over to USPS. Please keep in mind that we have no control over orders once they are in the hands of the post office. However, we will be happy to contact USPS customer service to assist you in opening a case regarding your shipment.  

Salvaged Minds is not responsible if an item is confirmed by USPS to have been delivered, but is claimed as "not received" by the buyer. We will be happy to assist you in contacting USPS customer care for additional information, however no refund or exchange will be given. It is the responsibility of the buyer to contact USPS and/or their local post office and file a claim.  However Please contact us and I will do my best to assist you filing a claim for lost package.

International Shipping Policy— 

International orders are shipped via USPS first class international mail. Once we hand over packages to USPS the average delivery time for international orders is 2-3 weeks. however we can not guarantee delivery dates, as delays with international shipments may occur. Tracking information will NOT show on tracking email once your item has left the United States and is not available to US sender or receiver. At this point, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to contact their local postal service for further assistance. Salvaged Minds is not responsible for lost packages once a package is turned over to USPS.  

Please note that you may be responsible for customs fees and/or duties. These fees are set by the government, vary by country, and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs office or postal service prior to placing an order for additional information regarding your country's specific requirements.

ATTENTION—

Please ensure that your address is correct BEFORE placing order. Salvaged Minds will not be responsible for lost packages that occur due to an incorrect address. Shipping labels are printed directly our website using the address given at checkout (or attached to your Paypal account if paying with Paypal). It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that an address is correct before placing an order. I will not ship to a different adress than stated on order.
